Dan jika saya klik tombol “Send report” atau “Don’t send” maka koneksi internet saya langsung terputus, jadi saat itu saya biarkan saja, dan saya drag pesan itu kebagian bawah layar saya, agar tidak menutupi layar monitor, namun semakin didiemin pesan itu akan terus bermuncul hingga jumlahnya belasan atau puluhan.

Apalagi jika kebetulan saya sedang ngetik untuk posting atau komen, kemudian pesan itu tiba2x muncul dan tanpa sengaja tombol send atau don’t send terklik, maka koneksi internet langsung terputus, dan komputer harus direstart dulu agar bisa kembali konek. Sehingga sangat mengganggu.

Selidik punya selidik ternyata itu adalah malware yang menyusup kedalam system Windows 32 saya, ini saya ketahui setelah membaca sebuah forum dari orang yg punya masalah sama, bahkan dia lebih apes lagi karena begitu pesan itu muncul langsung koneksi internetnya terputus walaupun dia tidak mengklik tombol send atau don’t send.

Dan solusinya saya harus mendownload Microsoft security update. lalu saya langsung download kemudian install dan saya jalankan di komputer lagi, setelah beberapa jam saya OL pesan tersebut tidak muncul dan tiba2 muncul sekali saya sempet frustasi karena saya fikir wah softwarenya ga ampuh nih, namun setelah itu tidak pernah muncul lagi dan ini sudah hampir 4 hari setelah saya install pesan Generic host process for win32 sudah tidak pernah muncul lagi…Alhamdulillah.
